In the evening of 2nd November, 2017, Wanhuida Peksung Partner Lei Yongjian lectures on the "Practical Guide to Trade Mark Law – focus on wine marks" in the capacity of INTA's Public and Media Relations Committee (PMR Committee) member at the campus of the Beijing Foreign Studies University (BFSU).

The lecture is moderated by Liu Lijuan, Associate Professor of BFSU Law School and Executive Director of BFSU Intellectual Property Center.

Mr. Lei introduces China's Trademark Law practice and a few case laws on wine marks, interpreting to the audience the underlying legal entangle.
