On Tuesday May 22^nd, 2018, the China Trademark Association Panel (CTA Panel), which is co-hosted by the CTA and INTA, is held in Seattle.

The Panel, featuring “Updates on the Latest Developments on China’s Trademark Practice”, is jointly organised by Wanhuida and three other IP firms.

The Panel is moderated by Zang Baoqing, Vice Secretary General of CTA. INTA President Tish Berard delivers welcome speech at the Panel. The firm’s Partner Cindy Shu Qi ZHEN speaks on “The Boundary of Trademark Fair Use in Commercial Distribution in Chinese Judicial Practice”. Senior Legal Counsel Feng (Janet) ZHENG serves as the interpreter of the Panel.
