Wanhuida Ranked by ALB in 2026
Time:May 20 2026

On 20th May 2026, the Asian Legal Business (ALB) magazine releases in its China May 2026 issue the 2026 ALB China IP Rankings.

Wanhuida Intellectual Property is ranked in Tier 1 Copyright / Trademark and Tier 2 Patent in the category of China Domestic Firms six years in a row.

ALB’s annual IP rankings identify the best law firms in China for IP work related to patents, trademarks, and copyrights.

The IP ranking is based on an extensive research process, from which ALB draws information from firm submissions, interviews, editorial resources and market insights to identify and rank the top firms for intellectual property in China. This year’s IP rankings are again divided into “patent” and “copyright / trademark” categories, with five tiers under the patent ranking (featuring 58 law firms.) and four tiers under the copyright / trademark ranking (featuring 68 firms). Tier 1 firms are considered to have the strongest IP practice in the Chinese market.

The rankings are based on an array of metrics, including the volume, complexity and size of work undertaken, presence across Asia and in individual jurisdictions, key personnel hires and growth of the practice group, key clients and new client wins, firm’s visibility and profile in the region and year-on-year development and momentum.

Asian Legal Business (ALB) is owned by Thomson Reuters, the world’s leading source of intelligent information for businesses and professionals.
