Wanhuida Partner speaks at CAIIPS

From 17th to 19th August 2022, the “2nd China AI IP Summit” (CAIIPS), which is jointly organized by YIP Events and IP ForeFront, is held in Hangzhou. Themed “Promoting Quality & Efficiency and Risk Aversion – Adding Value to AI IP”, the Summit attracts over 250 attendees from industries, academic circles, judiciary and practitioners from law firms and IP agencies.


On 18th August, Johnson Li, Partner of Wanhuida Intellectual Property speaks virtually at the Summit re “Various IP Enforcement Strategies Utilised by AI Corporations”. In the presentation, Johnson dissects the technical features of AI arena, identifies the challenges of IP enforcement in the field, introduces the legislative and practice shift in patent, trade secret and copyright and concludes the speech with viable AI IP enforcement routes by statistical analysis.
