On Saturday September 1, 2018, the “Typical Trademark Cases Review and Analysis Panel – Regulation of Bad-faith Registration in the Amendment to the Trademark Law” is held in Tangshan. Zang Baoqing, CTA Deputy Secretary General releases the winning cases of the “2017-2018 Best Practice Award of Trademark”.

Dr. Yuan Zhenfu, Associate Professor of Shanghai University and Of Counsel of Wanhuida serves as commentator at the event.

In the morning of Sunday September 2, 2018, the “AIC and Market Regulation Directors’ Forum”, which is jointly organised by the CTA, China Industry and Commerce News and Hebei Administration for Industry & Commerce, is held. Dr. Yuan serves as commentator of the Forum.

In Sunday afternoon, the “Tiance Salon: Focus in the Fourth Amendment to the Trademark Law” is held. Wang Ze, Director of Beijing Justra Intellectual Property Center moderates the salon.
