Entitled “IP & Innovation in the New Socio-technological Landscape”, the two-day forum brings together more than 80 intellectual property experts from leading global companies to share insights on a range of industry topics and discuss the advantages Hong Kong offers for exploring new business opportunities.

Carrie Lam, Chief Executive of the HKSAR, He Zhimin, Deputy Commissioner of National Intellectual Property Administration and Margaret Fong, Executive Director of the HKTDC give welcome remarks at the forum.

Wanhuida sends out a delegation led by the firm’s Senior Partner Jason Yao. Other delegates include Partner Eric Chen, Senior Patent Counsel Xie Minnan, Paralegal Shao Xianyuan, as well as Marketing Specialists Zhai Weiwei and Yang Jiekun.

With more than 90 exhibitors showcasing their products and services, the forum provides a valuable one-stop platform to foster cooperation between governments, industry, academia, research institutions and the business sector, and encourage IP trade and wider application of new technologies. Wanhuida has been attending the forum in the capacity of exhibitor since 2014.
